LOVE...

and when all was done, and she sat still,
drenched in her sullied coat,
he gently slid upto her,
and gently, slit her throat.
when the sun came up for the shamed night,
for want, of wiping the stains,
all left that was, in a house so big,
were two lives,lost in vain.
he lay besides, all dressed in black,
in the dress they solemnly wed,
one night ,it took, for years of love,
to be torn, into shreds.
her eyes they say believing still,
twinkled with unflinching joy.
that the man she had, loved to death,
would never let her die.
and a letter there was, engraved in blood,
rested on her heart,
"together," it said. "forever my love."
"till death do us apart."
